An increase in circulating neutrophils above 7,500/microlitre is known as necrophilia . Glucocoicoids increase the number of RBCs,platelets,& neutrophils in circulation. They decrease lymphocytes ,eosinophils, & basophils.This is not due to destruction of the concerned cells ,but due to their sequestration in tissues.Reference :Tripathi essentials of medical pharmacology 7th edition pg no 285.
