Ans. is 'a' i.e., Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome o In Wiskott - Aldrich syndrome IgG levels are normal or elevated (not reduced). o In selective IgA deficiency IgG2 and IgG4 may be reduced. o In Digeorge syndrome serum immunoglobulin concentration are frequently normal but antibody responses, paicularly of IgG and IgA isotopes, are usually impaired. o In common variable immunodeficiency IgG level is decreased.
