Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) Screening is done in Preterm babies < 32 weeks of gestation Babies with birth weight < 1.5 kg Preterm babies of  32 - 34 weeks of gestation Babies with birth weight 1.5 - 2 kg Preterm babies of 32-34 weeks and babies with birth weight 1.5-2kg should have had bad neonatal course like: a) Ventilatory support b) O2 supply for > 24 hours c) Ionotrope support for condition like shock d) Blood transfusion e) Culture positive sepris.
