If ASHA found any child lies in yellow area according to ICDS growth cha:-

ICDS Growth Cha:- This cha is based on MGRS standards (Multicentre Growth Reference Study standards) Standard to -2SD is GREEN which requires home based management -2 to -3 SD is mild to moderate malnutrition which is YELLOW and this child is referred to PHC. Below -3SD is severe malnutrition which is RED and this child should be immediately referred to higher centre.
