Granular IgA at basement membrane zone and tips of papillae is seen in Dermatitis herpetiformis. Darier's disease (keratosis follicularis /darier white disease )is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder usually diagnosed by its clinical appearance of brown scaly papules in seborrhoeic areas, palmar pits, nail changes,acrokeratosis and oral lesions.
