Piebaldism Rare AD disorder of melanocyte development characterized by congenital white forelock and multiple symmetrical hypopigmented or depigmented macules. Etiology: Absence of melanocytes in affected skin and hair follicles as a result of mutations of the KIT proto-oncogene.
