Chloroquine retinopathy, also known as Bull's eye maculopathy,is a retinopathy (damage of the retina) caused by the drugs chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine, which are sometimes used in the treatment of autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid ahritis and systemic lupus erythematosus.
