Ocular involvement occurs in 20-35% of cases. Involvement is assynzetrical. The two pathognomic changes are - Retinal pigmentary changes with mottled diffuse hypopigmentation. Abnormal peripheral retinal vessels with areas of non perfusion (a vascularity).
