The mass in question has the following information : Middle-aged (45 years) women Mid-dorsal (mid thoracic) Intradural Enhancing All are features of meningioma. Lipoma, Dermoid, and neuroepithelial tumors, i.e. gliomas (e.g. - astrocytoma) are intramedullary masses.
