primary hyper parathyroidism is a disorder of calcium, phosphate, and bone metabolism due to an increased secretion of PTH. The elevation of circulating hormone usually leads to hypercalcemia and hypo phosphate moa. Patients may present with multiple signs and symptoms including recurrent nephrolithiasis, peptic ulcer,mental changes,excessive bone resorption. Kidney involvement due to deposition of calcium in renal parenchyma or to recurrent nephrolithiasis.renal stones are usually composed of either calcium oxalate, or calcium phosphate. Bone manifestation is osteitis fibrosa cystica.(Harrison 17 pg 2382)
