The finding indicates absent end diastolic blood flow. As the pregnancy is less than 34 weeks, steroids need to be given for the lung maturity. Steroid cover plus biophysical profile plus non stress test and monitoring would be a better method as it can proceed to reversal of diastolic flow which indicates imminent death of the fetus. Termination is warranted at 34 weeks or earlier when reversal occurs.
