Ans. is 'b' i.e., Strepto-pneumoniae o The most common causative organism is streptococcus pneumoniae. Other common organisms are H. influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis. Less common causative organisms are streptococcus pyogenes, staphylococcus aureus and E.coli.
