Clinical features include - Tachypnea                                                            o Decreased air entry          a BP may fall a Retraction                                  o Fatigue                                                               o Oliguria                  If untreated Grunting                                                                o Pollor  o Ileus Cyanosis               Mixed respiratory & metabolic acidosis
