Bronchial adenomas are centrally located slow-growing endobronchial lesions that are generally carcinoid tumors,adenocystic tumors,or mucoepidermoid tumors.Mean age at presentation is 45 years.Patients often give a history of chronic cough,intermittent hemoptysis,or repeated episodes of airway obstruction with atelectasis,or pneumonias with abscess formation.
