USG findings of infantile pyloric stenosis are :                Target sign             - Pyloric muscle wall thickness → > 4mm                Cervix sign             - Pyloric length (segment length) → ≥ 16mm                Antral nipple sign    - Pyloric diameter a → ≥ 15mm
