Subglottic stenosis - 3rd most common.   Iatrogenic : Long-term intubation leads to subglottic stenosis - the most common causes of Acquired stridor in children. Neoplasm: Recurrent respiratory papilloma (RRP) MC a benign tumour and larynx.
