The most common side effect of Quetiapine is somnolence. Other common side effects include sluggishness, fatigue, dry mouth, sore throat, dizziness, abdominal pain, constipation, upset stomach, ohostatic hypotension, inflammation or swelling of the sinuses or pharynx, blurred vision, increased appetite, and weight gain.
