Long term complications of bronchopulmonary dysplasia are all except :

Large airway disease Bronchopulmonary dysplasia is clinically diagnosed in neonate <32 weeks of gestation who requires at least 28 days of oxygen therapy. It is now infrequent in infants> 1200 gm of bih weight & gestation >30 wks. Histology : * Airway epithelial hyperplasia * Squamous metaplasia * Alveolar wall thickening (Small airway disease) * Peribronchial or interstitial fibrosis * Major abnormality in new BPD is decrease in alveolar number alveolar hypoplasia which will definitely reduce FRC. * Thus we are left with (c) large airway disease as answer of exclusion.
