In crooked nose, the dorsum of nose is deted but tip is in midline. In a deted nose, both dorsum and tip are deted. Saddle nose is depressed nasal dorsum which may involve only cailaginous or both bony and cailaginous components. Humped nose, there is a presence of hump on nose.
