All are true about Clozapine except

side effects are sedation, unstable BP, tachycardia, urinary incontinence, weight gain and precipitation of diabetes. Few cases of myocarditis have been repoed which sta like flu but may progress to death. Clozapine is used as a reserve drug in resistant schizophrenia.
