Osteoporosis does not occur as a complication of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Women with PCOS have high level of estrogen, so not at risk of developing osteoporosis, but at risk of endometrial hyperplasia leading to adenocarcinoma and cancer of breast.
