All are true about this poison except:-

Fruit is thorn apple of datura plant. Every pa of this plant is poisonous but highest concentration is found in roots & seeds. It has two active principle hyoscine and atropine. Major active principle is hyoscine. Muttering delirium is seen in datura poisoning where as excited delirium in cocaine. It causes anti- cholinergic effects (parasympatholytic effects).
