Hence used for treatment of anovulation, oligospermia (male infertility), delayed puberty and sexual infantilism.By continuous dosing, they decrease synthesis of estrogen and testosterone. Hence used for treatment of estrogen and testosterone dependent conditions like ER positive breast cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids and prostate cancer.
