In general CYTINE , calcium phosphate,specifically Brushite ( Calcium phosphate Hydroxyapatite) and Calcium oxalate monohydrate stones , Matrix stones ( Protien rich stone) are most resistant to ESWL . All these are RADIO OPAQUE. Treatment of choice:- Renoscopic removal.
