Antisocial behaviour is not associated with frontal lobe tumors. Damage to pre-frontal coex lead to loss of emotions like guilt, regret etc leading to antisocial behaviour. This is usualy a feature of frontal lobe trauma. Frontal lobe tumors result in expressive aphasia, precipitate urination, inattention, loss of motivation and ataxic gait.
