In epispadiasis the urethra opens on the dorsum of the penis, proximal to the glans. Most common site is at the abdominopenile junction. It is associated with a dorsal chordee(Chordee is a condition in which the head of the penis curves downward or upward, at the junction of the head and shaft of the penis), ectopia vesicae, urinary incontinence, separated pubic bones.
