It causes retroperitoneal fibrosis and mediastinal fibrosis. Blocks 5-HT2A, 5-HT2C and Alpha 1 (A1) adrenoreceptors. Risperidone antipsychotic Trazodone antidepressant Clozapine antipsychotic. Blocks 5-HT2A, 5-HT2C and D4 receptors.
