Intracerebral hemorrhage Intraventricular bleed occurs in all types of severe head injury. CSF may be blood stained by the leakage of the subarachnoid hemorrhage through the foramen of Magendi. Bleeding may also occur from the choroid plexus or venues on septum pellucidum.
