*Kyphoscoliosis May be developmental or congenital. *In severe forms especially congenital thorasic insufficiency May be seen due to pulmonary hypoplasia. *In such a scenario the patient may require a per emptive thoracoplasty to allow development of lungs and avoid hypoplasia.
