There are different types of cephalic presentation, which depend on the fetal attitude. Veex occupying the left anterior quadrant of the pelvis is the commonest position (13%) and is known as L.O.A. (left occipito anterior) though L.O.T. (left occipito transverse) is commonest accounting for 40% of veex presentations.
