Clinical features of RPGN
RPGN typical presents with acute nephritis -
Hematuria
Oliguria
Non-selective mild proteinuria
Edema
Azotemia
RBC casts in urine
Mild to moderate hypertension
Proteinuria and edema are not as severe as those encountered in nephrotic syndrome.
