Cause of death in breech delivery:

Intracranial hemorrhage is the most common cause of fetal loss in breech and occurs due to tear of tentorium cerebelli and falx cerebri. It is caused by traumatic delivery of the after coming head of breech or too rapid delivery of the soft head of a premature baby.
