Neuroparalytic keratitis occurs due to paralysis of the sensory nerve supply of the cornea. Causes I.Congenital 1.Familial dysautonomia (Riley-Day syndrome) 2.Congenital insensitivity to Pain. 3.Anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia.
