CT thorax represents:-

* In the given image we could see the intimal flap creating 2 lumens- Small and contrast opacifying - true lumen- Large and less contrast - false lumen* AAD is more dangerous as they involve Aoic root, coronary vessels and can also cause cardiac tamponade. Hence surgical management is done for these cases.
