Manifestations of DKA are : * Symptoms - Nausea/vomiting, thirst/polyuria, abdominal pain, shoness of breath. * Physical Findings - Tachycardia, dehydration/hypotension, tachypnea/Kussmaul respirations/ respiratory distress, abdominal tenderness (may resemble acute pancreatitis or surgical abdomen), hypothermia, lethargy/obtundation/cerebral edema/possibly coma.
