Secondary pneumothorax Tube thoracotomy followed by thoracostomy with stapling of blebs. Traumatic pneumothorax Supplemental oxygen or aspiration followed by tube thoracostomy. Tension pneumothorax Large bore needle in 2nd I/C space followed by tube thoracostomy.
