Kiesselbach's area, also Kiesselbach's plexus, Kiesselbach's triangle, and Little's area, is a region in the anteroinferior pa of the nasal septum, where four aeries anastomose to form a vascular plexus called Kiesselbach's plexus. The aeries are 1) Anterior ethmoidal aery (from the ophthalmic aery) 2) Sphenopalatine aery (from the maxillary aery) 3) Greater palatine aery (from the maxillary aery) 4) Septal branch of the superior labial aery (from the facial aery)
