Comment: Normal thyroid tissue is a trap by the examiner, remember in young people papillary thyroid cancer mostly is well differentiated. Well, differentiated cells look like normal cells and tend to grow .and spread more slowly than poorly differentiated cells (anaplastic carcinoma).
