Clomiphene citrate is a racemic mixture of enclomiphene & zuclomiphene. Clomiphene citrate is a triphenylethylene; its two isomers, zuclomiphene (cis-clomiphene) and enclomiphene (trans-clomiphene), are a weak estrogen agonist and a potent antagonist, respectively.
