A patient on amiodarone is diagnosed to have cornea veicillata. What should be management:

B i.e. Penetrating keratoplasty Cornea veicillata (voex keratopathy) caused by amiodarone, chloroquine, indomethacin and phenothiazines is asymptomatic, harmless (does not affect vision) and usually reversible on cessation of therapy, although they may clear despite continued administration. Because veicillata does not affect vision its presence is not an indication to discontinue treatmentQ.
