CECT shows calcified gall bladder - aka porcelain gall bladder. The gall bladder will be bluish in color & brittle in consistency. M/C in females, 5th - 6th decade. >90% of patients have gall stones. Most patients are asymptomatic; so, the findings are incidental IOC - CT Increases the risk of malignancy by 6 - 10 % Rx: Early laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
