Isomorphism not seen in:

Isomorphism or Koebner phenomenon-It means linear lesions produced by scratching a primary lesion which results in new lesions developing along the line of the scratch. Eg: Lichen planus, warts and psoriasis. But Koebner phenomenon is characteristic for Lichenplanus.
