A 45 years of female comes in OPD with a complaint of lump in right breast. On examination a lump of 5 x 5 cm is palpated. On general examination of the axilla lymph nodes are found to be normal in size, consistency and texture. What is the MOST likely diagnosis?

A clinically normal axilla with a large tumour may be indicative of breast sarcoma, lymph node metastasis is uncommon. "Leiomyosarcomas are locally aggressive tumours and when they metastasize, it occur through hematogenous route". "Leiomyosarcoma include malignant fibrous histiocytoma and angiosarcoma".
