Moreover the epithelium of the dentigerous cysts is pluripotential, and can give rise to ametobtastoma, epidermoid carcinoma or the rnucoepidermoid carcinoma.  while OKC has tendency to grow along the internal aspect of jaw causing minimal expansion.
