Thrombosis seen in which stage of lupus nephritis?

Thrombosis is seen in class 3 ie Focal lupus nephritis. Affected gglomeruli may exhibit swelling and proliferation of endothelial and mesangial cells associated with leukocyte accumulation, capillary necrosis and hyaline thrombi.
