Apraclonidine (0.5%, 1%). It is also alpha-2 adrenergic agonist like brimonidine. It is an extremelypotent ocular hypotensive drug and is commonly usedprophylactically for prevention of IOP elevationfollowing laser trabeculoplasty, YAG laser iridotomyand posterior capsulotomy.
