Guttate(gutta- drop) psoriasis is an eruptive, inflammatory type with showers of small papules and plaques over the trunk and limbs, rarely face. Lesions typically occur as an abrupt eruption following upper respiratory infection, especially due to b-hemolytic streptococci. prognosis is good with spontaneou resolution.
