Which is seen in nephrotic syndrome –

In nephrotic syndrome there is hypocalcaemia and secondary hyperparathyroidism as a consequence of loss of cholecalciferol binding protein. Secondary hyperparathyroidism causes hypophosphatemia by increasing renal phosphate excretion.
