Upper lobe venous diversion is the first radiological sign of pulmonary venous hypeension ( PVH ) . Other features of PVH include Kerley B lines (these are parallel to each other but perpendicular to pleura) ,perihilar haze , peribronchial cuffing ,pulmonary ossicles ,fine punctuate calcification and perihilar bat wing pattern.
