Super antigen acts through?

Superantigens are ceain protein molecules such as staphylococcal enterotoxin, that stimulate large numbers of T cells irrespective of antigenic specificity. This leads to an excessive and dysregulated immune response with release of cytokines such as interleukin-1,2 and tumor necrosis factor and interferon gamma.
